During the COVID-19 pandemic closures, I am offering online yoga classes through varied outlets and to several different populations. Please be in touch if you'd like to talk ideas!

Teaching philosophy
I teach yoga classes in a mixed-vinyasa style, that emphasize stillness, breathing, movement and sometimes power.
I believe breath can be harnessed as a tool to connect the body and mind, by enhancing physical balance and instilling mental peace.
This internal peace developed through meditation and yoga asana can then be externalized in a way that allows us to walk upon the planet in a healthier state of being.
It radiates.
A recent meditation course I took focused on developing mental equanimity as a source of strength and happiness.
Equanimity is a state of evenness and composure in mind and body. It is to be quiet and contemplative rather than automatic and reactionary.
This is a theme I plan to explore and inspire in my yoga classes in 2020.

Physical yoga asana teaching style
The physical yoga practices I offer vary in speed and difficulty. I enjoy teaching meditation, yin-yang, slow flow and power yoga classes.
I try to adapt each class to the students in the room.
